Overall responsibility for managing the accounting, finance, marketing, ecommerce, HR, IT, M&A, risk management, and audit activities associated with the operations of seven Toyota Lift Truck, sixteen John Deere Construction and Forestry, seventeen Freightliner heavy and medium truck dealerships, and one Ford dealership.
Successfully completed twelve separate acquisitions consisting of 28 dealership locations, and additionally secured relevant financing via separate credit facilities and loans in order to fund acquisitions, real estate projects, and to provide working capital lines of credit for the operating entities.
